Processing Time

Our normal processing time for an order is 6 business days, plus your delivery time by FEDEX Ground Service.  You should receive your order within 8-12 working days from the date the order is placed.

Rush Orders

We do have RUSHES available on most of our forms.  We offer a 3-Day Rush for $25.00 and a NEXT DAY Rush for $50.00.  This means we will ship your order within the time chosen, BUT you will still have to allow for your delivery time by FEDEX Ground Service.  If you also need to expedite your delivery time by FEDEX to Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight, etc., you will need to contact our Sales Service Team at 1-800-633-2950 to place your order.  Rushes are always subject to availability.  You will be contacted if we are unable to rush your order.

Custom Logo

We can reproduce your company logo on our forms for an additional charge of $66.50. Just send us your artwork in JPEG or PDF format via e-mail to info@alabamabusinessforms.com , FAX to (256) 536-6637 or mail to us at the address to the left.  Logos and imprint are printed in 1-color ONLY.  A first time custom logo will take 10 business days plus your delivery time.  NO RUSH is available on this service.  Once your order is placed, you will receive a proof of your artwork for approval before we proceed with your order.

Custom Forms

If our standard forms aren't compatible with your business needs, we can print a custom form to your specifications. Simply send us the following information by E-mail, in JPEG or PDF format, to info@alabamabusinessforms.com or by FAX to (256) 536-6637 and we will contact you with a price quote and the processing time for your order.

1. Rough draft of your desired form
2. Overall form size
3. Quantity you are interested in. (1000 qty. is the minimum on custom)
4. Number of parts
5. Number of ink colors you want to print in
6. Numbering sequence or if you want No #’s
7. Any additional printing on back of form
8. Whether you want the forms Loose or Booked
